Life Map

Life Map started as a business curriculum for the formerly incarcerated. We soon incorporated the curriculum into a prison prevention program for teens to add a dose of prevention with our cure. The youth Business Program shone a light on the many other supports our students needed to be truly successful. Life Map worked with Business Program students to develop the Peer Support Program to address the most pressing need of mental health supports to combat isolation. The former students turned Group Leaders continue to be the driving force of our programming and accountability systems today.

After living under a for profit umbrella, Life Map is ready to stand on its own in the sun as a non-profit. This shift allows us to apply for and receive grants to further our work but also costs more money to create and uphold.
